Loan Doctor provides:
- Loan advisory and eligibility assessment
- Government scheme application facilitation
- KYC & documentation assistance
- Preparation of UDYAM, Project Report, GST, ITR etc..
All our services are professional and knowledge-based, involving significant time and resource investment. Therefore, refunds are only applicable in limited, pre-defined situations.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Payments made for the following are strictly non-refundable:
- Consultation or advisory fees
- Application processing charges (once the process has begun)
- Documentation or form-filling services
- Service charges for government scheme eligibility assessments
- Fees paid to third-party service providers (e.g., credit checks, KYC agencies)
4. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered under the following specific conditions:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Payment made in error for a service that was not delivered at all
- Payment debited but service was not initiated and the user requested cancellation within 24 hours
Refunds are not issued if:
- The loan or subsidy is rejected by the bank/government authority
- The user fails to provide correct or complete documentation
- The user withdraws mid-process after work has commenced
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

o Transaction ID
o Payment date and amount
o Reason for refund
- Our support team will verify the request within 7 working days.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating chargebacks without following our refund process may result in:
- Suspension of your account
- Legal or recovery action
- Blacklisting from future service eligibility
We request users to contact our support team before raising any disputes with banks or payment providers.
