We do not guarantee loan approval or subsidy disbursement, as these depend on government guidelines and lending institutions’ discretion.  

2. Eligibility 

To use our services, you must: 

•       Be a resident of India 

•       Be 18 years or older 

•       Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information 

•       Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts  

3. User Responsibilities 

You agree: 

•       To provide valid and accurate documents for loan assistance 

•       To not use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful activity 

•       That you are solely responsible for any data entered under your account 

•       To update us of any change in personal or financial information relevant to the services  

4. Government Schemes & Disclaimers 

Loan Doctor is a Brand of Honeyland Fintech Pvt Ltd  service provider and is not affiliated with any government body. We assist users in applying for public schemes but do not control: 

•       Approval of loans or subsidies 

•       Timelines for disbursement 

•       Scheme availability or policy changes 

We are not liable for rejection, delay, or withdrawal of any government scheme.  

5. Fees & Payments 

•       Some of our services may be chargeable. These will be clearly communicated before engagement. 

•       All processing or advisory fees are non-refundable once services commence. 

•       Loan Doctor does not charge any commission on approved loan amounts.  

6. Data Privacy & Confidentiality 

We value your privacy. Your personal and financial information is: 

•       Stored securely 

•       Shared only with your consent 

•       Used solely for the purpose of service delivery

7. Intellectual Property
